MICHAEL C. CONDRO, CPA Michael Condro is an audit partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mr. Condro has more than 12 years of diversified audit experience and has worked extensively on high technology and government contracting clients. In addition, he has a great deal of experience serving multinational and SEC clients and has been involved with merger and acquisition activities, due-diligence procedures, initial public offerings, secondary offerings, and other SEC reporting issues. Mr. Condro also serves as a subject matter specialist for the Southeast region on Sarbanes-Oxley issues. Mr. Condro earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the College of William and Mary. Mr. Condro is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. Mr. Condro serves on the Board of Directors of the Children’s Museum of Northern Virginia and ChildHelp USA. He also serves as the campaign chairman for Deloitte & Touche’s United Way Campaign as well as a past member of the United Way National Capital Area Community Services Fund. Mr. Condro is an alum of Leadership Fairfax. Mr. Condro lives in Oak Hill, Virginia with his wife and two daughters.
